Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate digitalize patta in his favour in respect of the petition mentioned land.

3. The report given by VAO indicates the name of the petitioner's father. The petitioner's father is no more. It is seen that the said survey No.108/7 was sub divided and Survey No.108/7b was allotted to the petitioner. There appears to be no rival claim also. Be that as it may, the second respondent is directed to hold enquiry and pass an appropriate order on the petitioner's request. This shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
