O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forbear the 4th respondent from installing any wind turbines in S.Nos. 89/2, 89/3 & 89/4 of Tirukoornam Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, in violation of the law, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent representation on 28.08.2025, seeking to instal any wind turbines in the subject property. However, till date the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said relief. 2/4

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, taking into consideration of the Office Memorandum in No.238/75/2017-Wind, Government of India, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, New Delhi, dated 04.07.2024, after issuing notice to the all interested parties, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
