This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Election Notification issued by the fourth respondent dated 27.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent has withdrawn the impugned Notification. Therefore, he requests to close this Writ Petition. 2/5

3. Since the Election Notification which is under challenge in this Writ Petition is said to have been withdrawn by the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
