Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants to demolish her old building and construct a new building. The petitioner of-course has to get approval from the local body. Unfortunately, the petitioner is unable to submit an application through online mode. This is because, the present norms insist that the access road must be 30 feet wide. Since the petitioner's existing house is not having such an access road, online application is not possible. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to manually submit an application. It is for the local body to consider the same and pass an appropriate order.
