ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in Crime No.1046 of 2011 dated 26.04.2011 on the file of Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. This case in Crime No.1046/2011 on the file of the first respondent stands registered for offences under sections 341, 506(i) I.P.C and Sections 417, 420 of IPC, on an allegation that the persons incharge of a college had without affiliation to the Indira Gandhi Open University, has collected several Lakhs of Rupees on such assertion from various students. After conducting the semester examinations on such assertion, they failed to declare results and upon being questioned regard their wrongful actions, they indulged in threat and abuse and also used henchmen for such purpose and also used other persons towards preventing the students from entering into the premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since prima facie case stands made out against the petitioners, this petition shall stand dismissed. Investigation in this case shall be completed not later than within three months from today. Investigation in this case shall be monitored by the District Superintendent of police. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
