Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 for rectification of mistake in field map relating to Old S.No. 634/4, New Survey Number in T.S.No.50/1, situated at Ward No.1, Block No.11, Dindigul Town, Dindigul District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fifth respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before 2/4

passing final order. It is open to the fifth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
