ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Salesman of a shop seeking a mandamus for his reappointment. 2.As per the averments in the writ affidavit, the petitioner herein was retrenched from service by proceedings, dated 31.01.2005 under Section 25 F of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The petitioner has sent a representation on 05.01.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking their intervention to consider his request and reinstate him in service. 3.Though a larger prayer has been sought for, on instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his client would be satisfied if the first respondent is directed to consider his representation.

4.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.01.2022, which according to the petitioner was submitted to him personally, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within 2/4

a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.12.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No PNM To
