ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that survey was already done and that the boundaries stones were also installed. The neighbour had illegally removed the same. That cannot be a ground for conducting one more survey. The survey report as well as the survey sketch have already been served on the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to protect his rights based on the same. 3.With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
