The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.494 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni, Theni District. This petition has been filed under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.494 of 2013.
2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 02.01.2017 itself, the case pertaining to this petition was disposed of, in which the petitioners are acquitted from all the charges. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
