ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.2228 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons assured to get job as 1/3

Teacher in Mathuram Middle School and received huge amount. Thereafter, they cheated him by not arranging job. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner earlier moved a petition for anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed on 22.11.2023. This is second petition for anticipatory bail and there is no change in circumstances. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner and considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
