This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2025 thereby to delete the name of the 4th respondent Satta Vinayagan temple, Thengamputhoor Village Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District in all the revenue records including in patta no.2657 relating to petitioner property measuring to an extent of 19 cents situated at S.No.253/1A, Thengamputhoor Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. 2/5
3. Seeking to delete the name of the 4th respondent in Patta No. 2657 relating to the property in question, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2. However, since the same was not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submits that representation of the petitioner would be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner by conducting enquiry and after giving due notice to the private respondent, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
