Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 452, 323 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in crime No.321 of 2013 and seek anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners and the de-facto complainant are neighbours and there was a wordy quarrel arose and these petitioners alleged to have attacked the de-facto complainant with sticks and hands. However, he would submit that the de-facto complainant has been discharged from the hospital.

4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the de-facto complainant suffered minor injuries and discharged from the hospital.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.VI, Madurai, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks. The petitioners 1, 3 to 7 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. 6.
The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
