SIDE) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL UNDER SEC. 438 CR.P.C. ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 294(b), 447, 323 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.667 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that this is a case of no injury.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no injury has been caused by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. 5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul, and on each of them https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
