ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in crime No.732 of 2013 and seek anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the alleged occurrence had taken place on 18.12.2013 and the case has been registered on 23.12.2013. He would further submit that there was a wordy quarrel arose between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant with neighbours and no one sustained injury in the alleged occurrence and this is a counter case to the case in Crime No.731 of 2013.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
5.
