O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his Daughter-in-laws land to an extent of Acre 1.58 Cents (Situated in Survey Nos.286/13 and 286/14) in Neythalur South Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, bearing Patta No.3060, enabling the petitioner to commence the cultivation work forthwith, on the basis of the representations received and forwarded by the 1st respondent dated 21.08.2023, 11.09.2023 and 06.11.2023 to the 2nd respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a pathway dispute between the petitioner and the third party who is not a party before this Court. Upon the enquiry conducted by the respondent, they were advised to work out remedy before the appropriate authority and the representations were disposed on 30.06.2023. 2/4

3. Let a copy of the closure report be served upon the petitioner, so that he can work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With this liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
