Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No.152 of 2013, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the accused were in drunken mood and the defacto complainant was also in drunken mood and all of them were playing cards and in the course of it, there was a misunderstanding between them and the accused said to have assaulted the defacto complainant with wooden stick.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation is pending and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4. This Court, taking into consideration of the above said facts and circumstances, is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent daily at 11.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.
