ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the third respondent's complaint and to further direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents and his Police officials that not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that there is no enquiry pending against the petitioner; that the respondents did not call the petitioner for enquiry; and that they would not call him for enquiry in future.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
