ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC., in Crime No.385 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is nothing todo with the alleged occurrence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation is pending and no one sustained injuries.

5. This Court, taking into consideration of the above said facts and circumstances, is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and on executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent daily at 11.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
