This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus,directing the 2nd Respondent on the basis of the CSR Receipt No.594/2023, issued for the complaint of the Petitioner dated 21.11.2023 to complete the enquiry and to take all further action.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry it was found that a civil suit is pending for the same relief between the parties. So they were advised to work out remedy through appropriate civil proceedings and the complaint was closed.
3. Let a copy of the closure report be served upon the petitioner, so that he can work out remedy, if he is so aggrieved. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
