O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondent in accordance with law for his willful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7389 of 2023 on the file of this Court dated 21.04.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1 of 2024, thereby the order of this Court dated 21.04.2023, has been complied by the respondent.

3.Even though there is delay on the part of the respondent in complying the order, it cannot be taken seriously, in view of the facts mentioned by the respondent. In view of the above said development, this contempt petition is closed.
