ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent had never interfered in any action taken by the petitioner in his property; that on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same closed and that the petitioner also had given a complaint, which is also closed and hence, no further orders are required.
