SIDE) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL UNDER SEC. 438 CR.P.C. ORDER : THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER :- The petitioner/Accused No.2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission offences punishable under sections 147, 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.240 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that no one is injured in this case.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no one is injured in this case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at
10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.
