ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in connection with the criminal case registered in Crime No.14 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3.
