ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.256 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report would be filed in the near future.

3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final report.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
