ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondent no.2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and pass such further or other orders as this court.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Jeyanthi / third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that in respect of the issue between the parties, O.S.No.630 of 2010 is pending before the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai. Therefore, they were advised to workout remedy in the pending suit itself.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
