ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.05.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 329(2), 127(1), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act, 2023 r/w Section 5(1) & 6(1) of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act,2012, in Crime No.07 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 13.05.2025 at about 1.00 p.m, the petitioner entered into the house of the defacto complainant and sexually harassed the defacto complainant's daughter. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 22.05.2025. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the 164 Statement of the victim and also considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the same crime in another case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
