ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to file a final report in Crime no.817/2021, dated 26.10.2021 on the file of the Respondent Police u/s.294 (b), 323, 325 and 506(ii) of IPC within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl) would submit that in this case investigation is almost completed and seeks some time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

3.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
