ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 25.06.2025, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7970 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1799 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.928 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

It is not in dispute that the condition imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7970 of 2025 on 25.06.2025 directing the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 am., till the disposal of the appeal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7970 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1799 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.928 of 2023, dated 25.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangi, on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
