ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C., on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as on today no complaint has been received against the petitioner and consequently the question of either harassing or arresting the petitioner does not arise at all.
