Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as A3 and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offence punishable under section 392 IPC altered into one under Section 395 IPC, in Crime No.1083 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.10.2013, there was a theft of laptop and a case was registered against one unknown person and later on by alteration report, the petitioner was made as accused.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaint itself is false and concocted and the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence. It is further submitted that the laptop was also been recovered as per the confession statement of A1.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this is a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required, for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
