ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.7 and 8 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under sections 406 and 498-A of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.11 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are relatives of the husband of the de-facto complainant and they are no way connected with the alleged occurrence. He would further submit that the de-facto complainant got married the first accused on 10.10.2009.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that in this case the other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail 5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
