ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Non ITI Helper challenging the order of transfer from Sankarankovil depot to Central Fitness Certificate Section at Tirunelveli.

2. A perusal of the impugned order clearly reveals that only due to administrative exigency, the petitioner has been transferred.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents point out that the petitioner is working at Sankarankovil depot for the past 15 years and due to administrative reasons, he has been transferred to Tirunelveli. In view of the fact that the petitioner has been transferred on administrative grounds and no other ground could be made out, this Court does not find any merits in the writ petition. 2/4

4. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.12.2023 NCC :
