ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T Assistant (Tamil) Teacher seeking incentive increment for acquiring higher qualification, namely B.Ed degree.
2. A perusal of the typedset of papers indicates that the 3rd respondent has already recommended and sent a proposal to the 2nd respondent on 25.09.2019 for conferment of incentive increment and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent.
3. Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the said proposal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
