ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher seeking incentive increment with effect from 05.01.2020 on the ground that she had acquired higher education viz. M.A (English).

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner brings to the notice of the Court that the 3rd respondent by his proceedings, dated 08.10.2020 has already passed orders conferring incentive increment. Again, on 04.12.2020, another proposal has been submitted by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent. However, the 2nd respondent is yet to approve the said order and disburse the said amount.

3. In view of the above said facts, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposals made by the 3rd respondent, dated 2/4

08.10.2020 and 04.12.2020. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
