ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2nd and 3 not to harass the petitioner by interfering the civil dispute.
2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that because of some issue over the land property, frequent complaint and counter complaint has been given. In respect of the issue, a suit is also pending before the learned District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram, in O.S.No.86 of 2022. He further submitted that the petitioner has indulged in creating bogus documents to sell the property.
3. Whatever it be, since a civil court is seized of the matter, the respondent must advice the parties to work out remedy in the pending suit itself.
4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
