************ [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr.P.Venkatesan, learned Counsel on record for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned Writ Petition, particularly because materials 2/6

pertaining to 15 Kms locational limitation qua water bodies, residential areas, industrial areas and materials supporting this are not before this Court.

2.Learned Counsel made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the petitioner and or anyone concerned with the matter to come to this Court with same / similar prayer after doing adequate homework and after collecting / collating materials including aforementioned materials. Request acceded to. 3.Learned Counsel on record has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 4.In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights 3/6
