COMMON ORDER When the matter came up on 11.09.2025, the following order was passed: ''The learned counsel on record for the appellant submitted that the term of office of the learned counsel has been completed and extension has not yet been granted. It is seen that as on date, there is no standing counsel for the appellant. 2. Now the present petitions have been filed by the Commissioner of Customs to dispense with his appearance stating that Mr.R.Gowrishankar, Senior Standing Counsel has filed memo of appearance in these cases and he is ready to conduct the case before this Court.

3. In view of the same, these petitions are allowed and the appearance of the Commissioner of Customs in all the cases is dispensed with.

4. List the appeals on 16.10.2025.
