PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.283/2015 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as accused No.2, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on execution of NBW on 13.10.2023 for the offences punishable 1/3

under Sections 457(2), 380(1) IPC in Crime No.283 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein has involved in the case of idol theft. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to ill-health the petitioner has not appeared before the trial court and hence, he seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner herein is having 10 previous cases in similar nature of offences and he is a habitual offender and hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
