KARUPPAIAH : RESPONDENT/DE-FACTO COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for the records in Crime No.348 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same as illegal and abuse process of law. ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.MUTHUDURAI Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr. P.KANNITHEVAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice on behalf of the 1st Respondent, court made the following order:- This application is filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.348 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

2. It is seen from the F.I.R., that the dispute is between the parents and the children and hence, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the Madurai Bench for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ effecting mediation and both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. The Registry is directed to place the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on or before 11.07.2011 before this Court. Post the matter on 12.07.2011.
