This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1471 of 2020 dated 05.7.2020 and file the final report within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case has already been closed as undetected on 14.02.2021 and RCS notice was also served to the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
