It is seen from the records that there was no representation from the beginning and there was no representation for the past four hearings, the Registry was directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today (i.e.,18.06.2024) , there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Review Application is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
