ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(3) of BNS and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.24 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and subsequently released on bail.
