2. The petitioner's land were acquired under the provisions of the Central Act, 2013. Acquisition had taken place way back in the year 2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, compensation has not been disbursed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submits that within a period of twelve weeks, the award will be passed. The compensation also will be disbursed to the petitioner. The petitioner can very well receive the award amount without prejudice to his right to seek enhancement.
