O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the accused in Crime No.9 of 2011 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police has already filed final report in Crime No.9 of 2011, which was taken on file as C.C.No.24 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy. It is further submitted that so far the accused has paid Rs.6,77,000/- and that after filing the final report, he has been making payment to the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
