[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to release the sale confirmation letter to the petitioner as per the sale intimation letter dated 30.10.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received a communication rejecting the claim of the petitioner for sale confirmation letter in his favour.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner challenge the above said communication. No costs.
