Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Order No.2325/Utha. 2/2023 dated 30.11.2023 and fourth respondent impugned order No.18520/R.2/2023 dated 24.11.2023 and quash the same and consequently, direct the third respondent to grant ordinary leave of 30 days to the petitioner's son by name Arokiya Prabhu, S/o.Panner Selvam, aged about 38 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Madurai without police escort to the petitioner's son.
