The above petition has been filed seeking orders to amend Section 413 of BNSS instead of Section 419 of BNSS in Crl.A(MD) No.990 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 07.10.2025.
