This case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.This Court has granted anticipatory bail on 26.09.2025 but the order has been uploaded on 06.10.2025. Therefore, when the petitioner submitted the same before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, the Learned Judicial Magistrate rejected the same stating that the time has been lapsed. The Learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the date from the date of uploading the order. 3.Therefore, in the order, dated 26.09.2025, in the paragraph No.6 is substituted with the following paragraph:

"6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, within a period of six weeks from the date of uploading of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani on condition that the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and on further conditions that: "
