ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Arun Ramnath, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S. Manikandan, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.876 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the concerned Court and the same was not taken on file so far.
5. Considering the above circumstances, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.876 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on receipt of summons.
