ORDER

This Petition is filed challenging the impugned confiscation order in Na.Ka.No.39/Koo Kaa Ka/Mavi-Vaa/Siva/25 dated 04.08.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, and to direct the 2nd respondent to release the vehicle Autorickshaw bearing Registration No.TN-63-CW-8512 to the petitioner within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the writ petition, the respondents have dropped the confiscation proceedings and have also handed over the vehicle to the petitioner. 2/4
